Role Description The Human Resources Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Raipur. The role involves managing end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning for mining, logistics, and corporate teams. The Human Resources Manager will administer HR policies, handle performance management processes, and oversee employee relations, engagement, and grievance resolution. Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining HR records, ensuring compliance with labor laws and safety regulations, coordinating payroll inputs and benefits administration, and supporting training and development initiatives. The role also collaborates with management to align HR strategies with business objectives and to foster a professional, inclusive workplace culture.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning, preferably in industrial or mining-related sectors.
• Experience in performance management, employee engagement, and grievance handling to support a positive work environment.
• Proficiency in HR operations, including HRIS usage, HR documentation, and payroll coordination.
• Knowledge of labor laws, statutory compliances, and health and safety regulations relevant to mining and logistics operations.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills, with the ability to work closely with diverse teams.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain confidentiality, and exercise sound judgment.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Prior experience as an HR Manager or senior HR professional in manufacturing, mining, logistics, or similar industries is highly beneficial.
