What We're Looking For

• 3 to 5 years of hands-on HR experience, preferably in technology, EdTech, startup or fast-paced organizations.
• Strong quantitative, analytical and performance management skills.
• Creative, proactive and highly solution-oriented.
• Excellent communication skills.
