Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Manager role based at Skill Stork International School in Warangal. The Human Resources Manager will oversee end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee lifecycle documentation for academic and non-academic staff. The role involves developing and implementing HR policies, ensuring compliance with applicable labor laws, and maintaining accurate HR records and HRIS data. The Human Resources Manager will support employee engagement, handle grievances, facilitate training and development initiatives, and collaborate with school leadership to align HR strategies with institutional goals. The role also includes managing payroll inputs, attendance systems, and supporting workforce planning to meet the needs of a dynamic international school environment.

• Candidates should possess strong experience in core HR operations such as recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
• Candidates should possess skills in HR policy development, compliance with labor laws, and maintaining accurate HR documentation and HRIS records.
• Candidates should possess abilities in training and development, including identifying skill gaps, organizing workshops, and supporting professional growth for staff.
• Candidates should possess strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills to work effectively with diverse faculty, staff, and leadership.
• Candidates should possess organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced school environment.
• Relevant bachelor's or master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Prior experience as an HR Manager or in a similar HR leadership role, ideally within education or a service-oriented organization, would be beneficial.
• Familiarity with international school frameworks, multicultural workplaces, and change management would be an added advantage.
