Role Description The Human Resources Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Ankola. The individual in this position will oversee the end-to-end HR function, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, and retention initiatives. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company standards, maintaining accurate HR records, and handling employee relations and conflict resolution. The role also involves coordinating training and development programs, supporting organizational change, partnering with leadership on workforce planning, and contributing to a positive, inclusive workplace culture.

• Strong skills in recruitment, talent acquisition, and workforce planning to build and maintain a capable and diverse team.
• Experience in performance management, goal setting, and feedback processes to support employee growth and organizational effectiveness.
• Proficiency in employee relations, conflict resolution, and engagement initiatives to foster a respectful and collaborative work environment.
• Knowledge of HR policies, labor law compliance, and HR documentation to ensure accurate records and regulatory adherence.
• Ability to design and coordinate training, development, and succession planning programs to strengthen internal capabilities.
• Competence in HR data analysis, HRIS usage, and reporting to support informed decision-making.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams and leadership.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; professional HR certifications are an advantage.
• Prior experience as an HR Manager or in a similar HR leadership role, preferably within manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, nutraceuticals, or related industries.
• Demonstrated commitment to ethical, inclusive, and non-discriminatory HR practices.
