Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR policies in line with institutional and regulatory requirements
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for teaching and non-teaching staff
• Handle onboarding, orientation, and employee documentation
• Maintain compliance with labor laws and educational regulatory bodies
• Manage payroll coordination, attendance, leave records, and employee database
• Address employee grievances and ensure a positive work environment
• Plan and execute employee engagement and retention strategies
• Support management in performance appraisal and staff development initiatives

Required Qualifications

• MBA/PGDM in Human Resource Management or equivalent
• Minimum 3–7 years of experience in HR, preferably in educational institutions
• Strong understanding of HR operations, compliance, and labor laws
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR software systems

Preferred Skills

• Experience handling HR in colleges/universities
• Strong organizational and leadership abilities
• Ability to multitask and work in a dynamic academic environment
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills
