Job Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for the 2W division.
• Handle employee onboarding, induction, and documentation.
• Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR compliance.
• Coordinate performance management and employee engagement activities.
• Support payroll inputs, leave management, and statutory compliance.
• Address employee grievances and maintain a positive work environment.
• Work closely with business heads to meet manpower requirements.
• Ensure adherence to company HR policies and processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of HR experience, preferably in the automobile or retail industry.
• Strong recruitment and employee relations skills.
• Good knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS software is preferred.
