Human Resources Management Trainee

Role & responsibilities

We are looking for an eager, proactive HR Intern to work directly alongside the HR Manager. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role where you will be exposed to end-to-end HR operations, talent acquisition, and employee engagement. If you are a fast learner who thrives in an agile environment and is ready to take up tasks from day one, this is the perfect springboard for your HR career.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the HR Manager in daily HR operations, administration, and record-keeping.
• Assist in talent acquisitionsourcing resumes, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
• Coordinate onboarding activities to ensure a smooth joining experience for new hires.
• Help plan and execute employee engagement initiatives and team activities.
• Maintain internal HR databases, trackers, and documentation accurately.
• Take ownership of ad-hoc HR tasks and projects as they arise.

What We Are Looking For

• Recent graduate or current student pursuing a degree/diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong desire to learn on the job and a self-starter mindset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Good organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
• Proficiency in basic software (MS Office / Google Workspace, especially Sheets/Excel).
