What you'll gain

As an HR Intern, you'll work on real business challenges and gain practical exposure to:

• End-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communication.
• Employee onboarding, documentation, and day-to-day HR operations.
• HR analytics, reporting, and MIS preparation.
• Industry-standard tools including HRMS, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Payroll Management Software, and Project Management Tools.
• Attendance management, leave management, and employee record management.
• Corporate HR policies and statutory compliance, including Provident Fund (PF), ESIC, Gratuity, Employee Insurance and Benefits, Labour Laws, HR compliance, and workplace policies.
• Professional communication, stakeholder coordination, and organizational skills through real-world HR responsibilities.
