Human Resources Intern

Objective:

We are looking to onboard a Recruiter Intern who can actively contribute to end-to-end recruitment – including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring high-quality candidates for various job roles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source candidates from platforms like BeepHire, Naukri, Internshala, Indeed, and LinkedIn
• Screen resumes and evaluate candidates based on job requirements
• Conduct initial telephonic/video interviews to assess communication and cultural fit
• Share analytical feedback and insights on candidate profiles and personality
• Maintain hiring trackers and coordinate with the internal team on hiring pipelines
• Take ownership of closing roles within set timelines.
• Co-ordinate with clients for their hirings.

Preferred Education & Skills:

• Good command of English communication
• Highly presentable, articulate, and confident during interviews and client management
• Basic familiarity with recruitment tools & hiring platforms
• Knows how to evaluate soft skills, motivations, and overall fitment of candidates
• Willingness to learn quickly and be trained on recruitment techniques.

Internship Terms:

• Duration: Minimum 3 months
• Location: Pimpri, Pune
