Human Resources Intern

Role Overview:

We are looking for a passionate MBA (HR) final-year student to join as an HR Business Parterning intern and gain hands-on exposure to employee engagement, performance management, HR analytics, and strategic people initiatives.

The role offers an opportunity to partner with business teams and contribute to key HR projects in a dynamic environment.

Duration: 06 months (On Site)

Location: Bandra East (BKC)

Key Responsibilities:

• Support employee engagement and culture-building initiatives.
• Assist in performance management and talent development processes.
• Analyze HR metrics and prepare dashboards/reports for business reviews.
• Partner with stakeholders on employee lifecycle activities and HR projects.
• Support policy communication, HR interventions, and organizational initiatives.
• Assist in workforce planning, data management, and process-improvement projects.
