Human Resources Intern

• Assist with end-to-end recruitment activities , including sourcing, screening, and candidate calling
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and hiring teams
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers
• Assist with onboarding and employee documentation
• Support employee engagement activities, events, and internal communications
• Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR-related documents
• Assist the HR team with day-to-day HR operations and administrative activities
• Support preparation of HR reports and trackers

Required Skills

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of HR processes and recruitment
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
• Strong coordination and follow-up skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a team
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
