About this role
- Assist with end-to-end recruitment activities , including sourcing, screening, and candidate calling
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and hiring teams
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers
- Assist with onboarding and employee documentation
- Support employee engagement activities, events, and internal communications
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR-related documents
- Assist the HR team with day-to-day HR operations and administrative activities
- Support preparation of HR reports and trackers
- Required Skills Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of HR processes and recruitment
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a team
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
