Human Resources Intern

Role Overview

This is a full-time, remote role for a Human Resources Intern. The Human Resources Intern will be responsible for assisting with the day-to-day HR operations, including HR management, implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and handling personnel management tasks. The intern will also support the HR team in various administrative functions and contribute to employee engagement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the HR team in the full recruitment cycle: job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
• Assist in day-to-day HR operations including maintaining employee records, documentation, and HR databases.
• Help implement and maintain HR policies and procedures.
• Support in employee engagement initiatives, team activities, and HR communications.
• Assist in managing employee benefits and personnel management tasks.
• Provide general administrative support to the HR team as needed.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of HR fundamentals and practices.
• Strong organizational, administrative, and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR-related software.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (in progress or completed).

Note: This is a 3-month unpaid internship, after which it may be converted to a stipend-based internship. Upon satisfactory performance, it can lead to a full-time on-roll position.
