# HR Recruiter Intern

We are looking for an enthusiastic **HR Recruiter Intern** who wants to build practical experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
Recruitment is one of the most important functions in an organization. In this role, you will get hands-on exposure to real hiring processes and learn how companies identify, evaluate, and hire the right talent.

* Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn and other platforms.
* Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
* Conduct initial candidate calls and follow-ups.
* Understand and map client hiring requirements.
* Coordinate interviews and hiring processes.
* Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment records.
* Assist with end-to-end recruitment activities.
* Communicate with candidates professionally throughout the hiring process.
