Job Title: HR Recruiter Intern

Location: Mafatlal Industries Ltd, Churchgate

Duration: 2 Months Internship

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic HR Recruiter Intern to support our talent acquisition team. The intern will assist in sourcing candidates, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, maintaining recruitment databases, and supporting end-to-end hiring activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and screen candidate profiles from various job portals.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers.
• Assist in job postings and employer branding activities.
• Support onboarding documentation and joining formalities.
• Prepare recruitment reports and MIS as required.

Requirements:

• Graduate or completed MBA/PGDM in HR or related field.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Eagerness to learn and build a career in Human Resources.
