Human Resources Intern

Appstech Solution Entity Private Limited is an Ahmedabad-based IT Infrastructure Solutions company, established in 2011, serving clients across India in B2B customer across all sectors for networking, server/storage, cyber security, managed IT services, IT designing and AMC solutions.

We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern to support recruitment, onboarding, and general HR operations. This role offers exposure to end-to-end HR processes in a growing IT infrastructure at location 501, Sahjanand Arcade, 132 Feet Ring Road, Memnagar, Ahmedabad, Gujarat for the duration of 3 to 6 months (extendable / convertible to full-time based on performance)

•         Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals

•         Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers

•         Assist with onboarding formalities for new joiners, including documentation and induction

•         Maintain and update employee records and HR databases/MIS

•         Support attendance, leave tracking, and basic payroll data collection

•         Help organise employee engagement activities and internal communication

•         Assist in drafting HR letters (offer, appointment, confirmation, experience letters)

•         Support in maintaining compliance-related documentation (PF, ESIC, statutory records)

•         Coordinate with department heads for manpower requirements and interview feedback

•         Pursuing or recently completed MBA/BBA in HR, or a related field

•         Good communication and interpersonal skills

•         Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

•         Ability to multitask and manage confidential information responsibly

•         Proactive, organised, and a team player with a willingness to learn

•         Basic understanding of recruitment processes and HR functions is a plus

•         Hands-on exposure to end-to-end recruitment and onboarding cycles

•         Understanding of HR operations in the IT infrastructure services industry

•         Mentorship from experienced HR professionals
