Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment Execution & Coordination:

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes including screening resumes
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers
• Support in sourcing candidates through various job portals and platforms

Job Posting & Employer Branding:

• Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting openings on different platforms
• Ensure job listings are accurate and updated regularly
• Support employer branding initiatives where required

Candidate Management & Communication:

• Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Coordinate interview schedules and follow-ups
• Ensure a smooth candidate experience

Data Management & Reporting:

• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers
• Assist in preparing basic recruitment reports
• Ensure proper documentation of hiring activities

Requirements:

• Strong interest in Talent Acquisition and HR processes
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic understanding of recruitment lifecycle
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in MS Excel and Word
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
