About The Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Intern who is interested in gaining hands-on experience in recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations. This role provides exposure to end-to-end HR processes in a fast-paced and remote work environment.
Selected Intern's Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Assist in identifying, screening, and shortlisting candidates for interviews
- Understand job descriptions and source suitable candidates accordingly
- Work on social media platforms and job portals for talent sourcing
- Support in developing and improving hiring protocols and recruitment processes
- Facilitate employee joining and exit formalities
- Maintain and update employee documentation and records
- Assist in conducting induction and onboarding programs
- Support HR activities such as HR sessions, grievance handling, and employee engagement initiatives
- Preferred 2023 - 2026 passed-out candidates
- Prior experience in recruitment is mandatory (IT recruitment experience is a plus)
- Prior atleast 1 internship experience in HR or related field
- Must have knowledge of AI Tools
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organizational and coordination abilities
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup
- Interest in HR operations and talent acquisition
