Job Description

• Approximately 4–7 years of Workday experience, including meaningful hands-on Workday HCM experience.
• Broad understanding of Workday HCM and employee lifecycle processes.
• Experience with Workday business processes and general configuration concepts.
• Experience troubleshooting Workday system and process issues.
• Experience supporting Workday security administration or a strong understanding of Workday security concepts.
• Experience coordinating HRIS or Workday projects, enhancements, implementations, or releases.
• Ability to translate business requirements into clear system and process requirements.
• Experience with system testing, user acceptance testing, and issue tracking.
• Strong project coordination and organizational skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to independently investigate issues and develop potential solutions before escalating.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Ability to work effectively across HR, Finance, IT, business leaders, and external consultants.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting multiple Workday HCM functional areas.
• Experience with Workday Recruiting, Performance & Goals, Advanced Compensation, Absence, Learning, or related functionality.
• Experience with Workday reporting.
• General exposure to Workday Projects and/or Expenses.
• Experience supporting Workday integrations with payroll, benefits, Finance, or other third-party platforms.
• Experience working with a Workday AMS provider.
• Experience supporting a global or multi-country employee population.
• Experience operating within a private-equity-backed, acquisitive, professional-services, or rapidly evolving organization.
• Experience supporting system and process integration following acquisitions.
• Workday training or certifications are beneficial but not required.
