Key Responsibilities
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to support our Human Resources team in day-to-day activities. The intern will assist with recruitment, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, maintaining employee records, preparing HR documents, attendance tracking, onboarding, and employee engagement activities. You will also support payroll-related data collection and HR reporting while ensuring confidentiality of employee information. The ideal candidate should have good communication and interpersonal skills, basic knowledge of MS Excel, and a willingness to learn HR processes. This internship provides practical exposure to recruitment, employee management, HR operations, and workplace policies in a professional environment.
