Human Resources (HR) Internship in Bangalore

HR Intern – Regional HR | Third Wave Coffee:

• Support recruitment through sourcing, screening, interview coordination and follow-ups.
• Manage onboarding formalities, documentation and induction coordination.
• Create employee codes and ensure timely HRMS updates for new joiners.
• Maintain accurate employee master data and HR records.
• Track joiners, exits, transfers and manpower movements.
• Prepare HR MIS, recruitment and manpower reports.
• Coordinate with Store Managers and Regional teams on HR requirements.
• Support day-to-day HR operations and employee queries.
