We're looking for a proactive and experienced HR Generalist to independently manage recruitment, payroll, HR operations, and employee management.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end IT & Non-IT recruitment

Handle payroll, attendance, leaves, and salary processing

Coordinate PF, ESI, TDS, and statutory compliance

Manage onboarding, employee records, and HR documentation

Handle employee relations, engagement, and grievances

Coordinate appraisals, performance reviews, and exit formalities

Implement HR policies and ensure compliance with applicable labor laws

Requirements

2–5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in the IT industry

Hands-on experience in recruitment and payroll management

Knowledge of Indian labor laws and HR compliance

Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and HRMS software

Strong communication and organizational skills

Ability to independently manage end-to-end HR functions
