Role Description The Human Resources Generalist is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role is responsible for supporting day-to-day HR operations, including handling employee queries, maintaining HR records, and ensuring compliance with company policies and labor regulations. The Human Resources Generalist will assist with recruitment processes, onboarding and induction, performance management support, and employee engagement initiatives. The role includes administering employee benefits, coordinating payroll inputs, and supporting HR reporting and documentation. The successful candidate will collaborate with managers and team members to foster a positive work environment and support HR projects that align with business objectives.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills, with experience in generalist HR functions.
• Candidates should possess knowledge of HR Policies and compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations.
• Candidates should possess expertise in Employee Benefits and Benefits Administration, including documentation and communication.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, maintain confidentiality, and work collaboratively with diverse teams.
• Proficiency in Zing software and MS Office tools; experience with HRIS is an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant HR certifications are a plus.
• Prior experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role, preferably in retail, manufacturing, or consumer-focused sectors.
