HR Generalist – Job Description

Work Mode: Onsite

Shift Timing: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

We are looking for an HR Generalist to manage day-to-day HR activities and support employees.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle employee onboarding and documentation.
• Manage attendance, leave, and employee records.
• Manage and maintain employee timesheets.
• Support recruitment and interview coordination.
• Maintain records of contract validity and ensure timely renewals and extensions.
• Handle employee queries and HR-related concerns.
• Assist with HR policies, employee engagement activities, and other administrative tasks.

Requirements:

• Experience as an HR Generalist or HR Executive.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of HR processes and employee lifecycle.
• Ability to work onsite from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM.
