Job Overview:

The HR – Talent Acquisition will support the end-to-end recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to scheduling interviews and coordinating offers and onboarding. The role involves working closely with hiring managers to close open positions on time, maintaining recruitment trackers, and ensuring a smooth, professional experience for every candidate.

Job Roles and Responsibilities:

● Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.), referrals, campus networks and other channels

● Draft and post job openings, and manage responses on job portals

● Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic screening against role requirements

● Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers

● Follow up with candidates at every stage and keep them informed of their status

● Collect interview feedback from hiring managers and update the recruitment tracker

● Coordinate offer rollouts, document collection and joining confirmations

● Support new joiner onboarding and joining formalities

● Maintain the candidate database, recruitment trackers and hiring MIS reports

● Ensure adherence to company hiring policies and processes

Skills & Qualifications Required:

● Graduate / pursuing graduation in HR, Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline

● Strong verbal and written communication skills, with confidence in speaking to candidates over the phone

● Good interpersonal, follow-up and coordination abilities

● Basic understanding of the recruitment lifecycle and sourcing methods

● Familiarity with job portals and LinkedIn for sourcing is a plus

● Comfortable using MS Excel / Google Sheets and email

● Organized, detail-oriented and process-oriented

● Ability to handle multiple open positions and deadlines at once

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

● Number of quality profiles sourced and screened per role

● Interview-to-selection and offer-to-joining ratios

● Turnaround time for closing hiring requirements

● Timely candidate follow-ups and interview scheduling

● Accuracy and up-to-date status of recruitment trackers and MIS
