Human Resources Executive

Human Resource Executive | Bayard Vacations | Bengaluru

We're looking for a proactive, organised, and people-oriented HR Executive to manage day-to-day human resource operations at Bayard Vacations. The role involves recruitment, employee onboarding, HR administration, employee engagement, and maintaining employee records. Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage multiple HR activities efficiently are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, resume screening, candidate shortlisting, and interview coordination.
• Coordinate employee onboarding, joining formalities, documentation, and induction.
• Maintain employee records, attendance, leave records, and HR documentation.
• Handle employee queries and support employee relations and grievance resolution.
• Assist with payroll coordination, performance reviews, and appraisal processes.
• Organise employee engagement activities and support internal communication.
• Ensure HR policies and procedures are implemented effectively.
• Prepare HR reports and maintain accurate employee databases.

Requirements

• Graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in HR operations and recruitment preferred.
• Experience in the tours and travel industry is an advantage.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Office, spreadsheets, and HR documentation.
• Ability to handle confidential information and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Work Mode - On-site

Working Hours - 10 AM – 7 PM

Working Days - Monday to Saturday
