Experience: 2–4 Years

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manpower coordination with vendors
• Employee attendance and leave management
• Recruitment and onboarding
• HR operations and administration
• Contractor management
• Payroll support and employee data management
• Employee documentation and HR records maintenance
• PF, ESI and statutory compliance support
• Invoice processing
• Preparation of customer invoices and budget sheets
• Effective communication and coordination with management, employees and vendors
