Time- 8:30 AM- 5:30 PM

We are seeking an Experienced HR professional who can manage day-to-day HR operations including PMS, KPI tracking, employee induction, POSH compliance, engagement activities, grievance handling, and exit management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer Performance Management System (PMS) and track KPIs
• Conduct employee induction and onboarding
• Plan and execute employee engagement activities and HR initiatives
• Coordinate POSH training and ensure statutory compliance
• Handle employee grievances and support employee relations
• Manage end-to-end exit process and conduct exit interviews
• Maintain HR data, reports, and MIS using HR systems

Qualifications & Skills:

• MBA/PG in HR or equivalent
• 2–5 years of HR Operations / HR Generalist experience
• Hands-on experience with Zoho software is an added advantage
• Strong Excel skills for HR reporting and data analysis
• Good communication, coordination, and documentation skills
