About this role
Responsible for the entry /mid level recruitment functions of the hotel
- Maintain /update HR related records
- Drive colleague communication through various channels
- Responsible for the implementation of on boarding of new colleagues
- Effective colleague communication through various channels
- Support fulfilment of HR statutory compliance
- Monitor and ensure colleague facilities like Lockers, Bunker, Cafeteria , Transportation, Accommodation etc.
- Responsible for the upkeep and timely updation of Heart of the House.
- Drive various colleague engagement initiative
Act as a point of contact for all colleagues when in need
- Regular cordial interactions with colleagues to make them feel Accessible HR
What we need from you
Bachelors Degree/ A post graduation in Human Resources Management is desirable
1-2 years related experience in Human Resources
