Job Summary:

We are seeking a well-spoken and confident HR Executive to support core HR functions and employee engagement activities. The ideal candidate should have a background or strong interest in Human Resources, with good communication and organizational skills to manage recruitment, onboarding, documentation, and internal coordination effectively.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Assist in end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
Maintain employee records and manage HR documentation
Coordinate employee engagement and wellness activities
Support daily HR operations, including leave and attendance tracking
Assist in preparing and sharing HR-related reports with management
Ensure compliance with company HR policies and procedures
Communicate effectively with internal teams and external candidates

Requirements:

Bachelor s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
0.6 to 2 years of experience in HR or a fresher with strong interest in HR
Good understanding of basic HR functions and documentation
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Confident, well-spoken, and presentable personality
Ability to manage tasks with attention to detail and confidentiality
