Job Description

We are looking for an HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations for a leading auto components manufacturing company.

Key Requirements:

• Handle day-to-day HR operations and employee-related activities.
• Manage recruitment and manpower planning.
• Handle attendance, leave and payroll coordination.
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
• Manage employee relations and grievance handling.
• Support HR compliance and statutory documentation.
• Coordinate joining, induction and exit formalities.
• Prepare HR reports/MIS and coordinate with different departments.

Candidate Requirements:

• Graduate; MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
• 2–5 years of relevant HR experience.
• Manufacturing/Auto industry experience preferred.
• Good knowledge of HR processes and recruitment.
• Working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
