Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Human Resources Executive. The Human Resources Executive will manage day-to-day HR operations, including employee lifecycle processes such as onboarding, documentation, and exit formalities. The role involves maintaining HR policies, supporting performance management, and facilitating training and development initiatives in alignment with organizational goals. The Human Resources Executive will handle employee relations, address workplace concerns, and support a positive, inclusive culture across distributed teams. Additional responsibilities include HR data management, compliance with labor regulations, coordination with leadership on workforce planning, and contributing to continuous improvement of HR processes.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills, with experience overseeing core HR functions.
• Candidates should possess HR Operations expertise, including HR documentation, HRIS usage, and process coordination.
• Candidates should possess HR Policies knowledge, including development, implementation, and compliance monitoring.
• Candidates should possess Employee Relations skills, including conflict resolution, counseling, and engagement activities.
• Additional beneficial qualifications include excellent communication and interpersonal skills, experience in remote or distributed teams, familiarity with employment laws, and proficiency with HR software tools.
• A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred; relevant HR certifications are an advantage.
