About this role
HR Manager, hiring managers, technical teams, employees and candidates. You will be responsible for supporting the recruitment process and ensuring a smooth experience for candidates and internal stakeholders.
You will also get hands-on exposure to HR operations, employee engagement, HR documentation, performance management and statutory processes.
Key Responsibilities Technical Recruitment - Primary Responsibility - Understand hiring requirements and job specifications from hiring managers and technical teams.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, employee referrals, job portals and other relevant channels .
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on technical skills, experience and role requirements.
- Coordinate technical interviews and manage interviewer schedules.
- Follow up with hiring managers and interviewers for timely feedback.
- Maintain candidate pipelines, recruitment trackers and recruitment-related documentation.
- Coordinate with candidates throughout the recruitment process and ensure timely communication.
- Support salary discussions and offer closure in coordination with the HR Manager.
- Coordinate offer documentation, pre-joining communication and onboarding formalities.
- Maintain regular follow-up with selected candidates to ensure a smooth joining process.
- Maintain employee records, personnel files and HR documentation.
- Support onboarding, confirmation, transfers and exit-related processes.
- Assist with attendance and leave-related activities.
- Respond to routine employee HR queries and escalate sensitive matters to the HR Manager.
- Assist in preparing HR reports, trackers and other HR documentation.
- Support employee engagement activities, employee surveys and recognition initiatives.
- Assist in planning and coordinating employee events and team activities.
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent qualification.
- 1-2 years of experience in Human Resources , preferably with hands-on experience in technical recruitment .
- Good understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process.
- Experience using recruitment platforms such as Naukri, LinkedIn or other sourcing channels .
- Ability to understand technical job requirements and identify relevant candidate profiles.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Strong follow-up and coordination abilities.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.
- Basic understanding of HR operations and employee lifecycle processes.
- Good working knowledge of MS Office and recruitment/HR tools.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of employee and organizational information.
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn and take on broader HR responsibilities.
- Hands-on experience in technical recruitment within a growing technology organization .
- Exposure to the complete employee lifecycle beyond recruitment.
