About the Role — Human Resouces Executive

The HR team is dedicated to building the people function of Your Desk — from hiring the right talent to supporting them through their journey with us. This role plays a central part in every centre's operations by keeping our people processes running smoothly and compliantly. We are looking for a dynamic, detail-oriented HR Executive to own end-to-end HR operations for Your Desk LLP, working closely with the founder, centre managers, and community managers across all locations.

    Key Responsibilities

    Recruitment & Onboarding

    • Manage the full recruitment cycle — sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer rollout — for roles across all Your Desk centres.

    • Prepare and issue offer letters and appointment letters in line with company templates and standard terms.

    • Coordinate onboarding and induction for new joiners, including documentation, orientation, and centre placement.

    HR Operations & Compliance

    • Maintain accurate employee records, HR databases, and personnel files (physical and digital).

    • Track attendance, leaves, and probation timelines across all centres; flag confirmations and renewals on time.

    • Administer and help implement HR policies — leave policy, code of conduct, and other company guidelines.

    • Ensure statutory and labour law compliance (PF, ESI, POSH, and other applicable regulations).

    • Maintain HR MIS and prepare periodic reports for leadership.

    Employee Relations & Engagement

    • Act as the first point of contact for employee queries and grievances, escalating as needed.

    • Support performance review cycles and coordinate feedback documentation with centre managers. • Assist with employee engagement initiatives and culture-building activities across centres.

    • Manage full and final settlements, exit interviews, and offboarding formalities.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (mandatory).

    • MBA or Post-Graduate Diploma in HR is an added advantage.

    • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in an HR generalist role.

    • Prior experience in real estate, coworking, hospitality, or a multi-location service business is preferred.

    Skills & Competencies

We are looking for driven professionals who combine strong process discipline with genuine care for people. The ideal candidate will demonstrate:

    • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

    • Working knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliance requirements.

    • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and comfort with HR/attendance tools.

    • Integrity, dependability, responsibility, accountability, self-awareness, work ethic, and empathy.

    • Highly organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

    • Strong multitasking abilities to manage HR operations across multiple centre locations.

    • A problem-solving mindset with a high sense of ownership.

    Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Work Location: In person — Gurugram, Haryana (reliably commute or plan to relocate before

    starting work — preferred).
