Human Resources Executive

Experience: 1–3 years (freshers with strong coordination skills considered)

Salary: ₹18,000–25,000/month

About the role

We're looking for an organised, reliable HR & Admin Executive to keep our people operations and office running smoothly. This is a hands-on coordination role — you'll be the person who makes sure things don't slip: attendance is tracked, new joiners are onboarded properly, records are clean, and the office runs without friction.

HR responsibilities

• Maintain daily attendance, leave records, and employee registers accurately
• Manage onboarding of new employees — documentation, joining formalities, offer/joining letters
• Coordinate exit formalities — asset returns, handovers, clearances
• Maintain and update employee records and files
• Coordinate recruitment logistics — posting jobs, scheduling interviews, following up with candidates
• Act as first point of contact for routine employee queries (leaves, letters, policies)
• Coordinate with our external HR/payroll partner by providing accurate attendance and salary inputs
