Role and Responsibilities:

As an HR Executive, you will work closely with the HR team and gain hands-on exposure to various HR functions. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting the HR team with day-to-day HR activities and operations.
• Supporting recruitment activities such as job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
• Coordinating with candidates and employees regarding interviews, joining, and documentation.
• Assisting with onboarding and induction processes for new employees.
• Maintaining and updating employee records and HR databases.
• Assisting with attendance and leave management.
• Supporting the preparation of HR letters, documents, reports, and MIS.
• Assisting with employee engagement activities and internal HR initiatives.
• Responding to basic employee queries and coordinating with the HR team for resolution.
• Supporting payroll-related activities by providing accurate attendance and employee data.
• Assisting the HR team with statutory compliance documentation and records.
• Supporting exit formalities and maintaining proper employee documentation.
• Learning and assisting in the implementation of HR policies and processes.

Qualifications:

• MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in HR, recruitment, HR operations, or a related function.
• Freshers with a strong interest in HR are encouraged to apply.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office, particularly MS Excel and MS Word.
• Good organizational and coordination skills.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality while handling employee information.
• Positive attitude, proactive approach, and good learning ability.
• Interest in building a career in Human Resources.
