Company Description Femora is a functional yet designer kitchenware brand dedicated to enhancing everyday kitchen and dining experiences. The company has 3 warehouses within 5km radius of each other in VKIA, Jaipur along with one corporate office in Vaishali Nagar, Jaipur. Candidate is required to plan visit in all the offices/warehouses.

Role Description The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, including employee onboarding, documentation, and coordination of HR processes. This full-time, on-site role in Jaipur involves supporting employee relations, assisting in performance management activities, and ensuring consistent application of HR policies and procedures. The company has 3 warehouses within 5km radius of each other in VKIA, Jaipur along with one corporate office in Vaishali Nagar, Jaipur. Candidate is required to plan visit in all the offices/warehouses.

Qualifications

· Ability to manage the white & blue collar staff

· Experience in HR Operations, including onboarding, documentation, and HR process coordination.

· Capability in Employee Relations, with a focus on resolving concerns and supporting a positive work environment.

· Compliance knowledge and execution on ground as well.

· Knowledge of HR Policies and the ability to apply them consistently and fairly.

· Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

· Good communication and interpersonal skills, with attention to detail and confidentiality.

· Proficiency in MS Office

· Ability to work on-site in warehouse and office.
