Human Resources Executive

We are looking for a proactive and sharp HR Recruiter who can efficiently manage end-to-end recruitment processes. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing skills, excellent communication, and the ability to identify and attract top talent in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and networking.
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
• Conduct telephonic and initial HR interviews to evaluate candidate suitability.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and departments.
• Maintain and update the candidate database and recruitment trackers.
• Build a strong pipeline of potential candidates for current and future requirements.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Negotiate salary and finalize offers with selected candidates.
• Maintain recruitment reports and share updates with management.

Required Skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent candidate screening and evaluation ability.
• Good knowledge of job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.) and recruitment tools.
• Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Master required (MBA).
