Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to support and strengthen our people operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing recruitment, HR operations, employee lifecycle processes, HR analytics, compliance, and HR systems. This role requires excellent organizational skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering a seamless employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

1. Talent Acquisition

• Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer management.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and ensure timely closure of positions.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines across functions.
• Deliver a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

2. HR Operations

• Manage employee records, documentation, and HRIS with a high level of accuracy.
• Execute onboarding, confirmation, transfer, and exit processes.
• Ensure all HR documentation is complete, compliant, and up to date.

3. Payroll & Attendance Support

• Validate attendance, leave records, and payroll inputs.
• Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate payroll processing.
• Resolve employee queries related to attendance, leave, and payroll.

4. Compliance & Employee Lifecycle Management

• Ensure adherence to organizational policies and applicable labor regulations.
• Maintain statutory documentation and support compliance requirements.
• Coordinate employee lifecycle activities from onboarding through separation.
• Support audits by maintaining accurate HR records and documentation.

5. HR Analytics & Reporting

• Prepare and maintain HR dashboards and periodic MIS reports.
• Analyze recruitment, headcount, attrition, attendance, and other workforce metrics.
• Generate actionable insights to support business and HR decision-making.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity across HR systems.
• Identify opportunities for automation and continuous process improvement.

6. Employee Experience & Engagement

• Act as the first point of contact for routine HR queries.
• Support employee engagement, wellness, learning, and culture initiatives.
• Foster a positive employee experience through effective communication and coordination.

7. Process Improvement

• Identify gaps in existing HR processes and recommend improvements.
• Support implementation of new HR policies, systems, and best practices.
• Contribute towards building efficient, scalable, and compliant HR processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in HR Operations and/or Talent Acquisition.
• Experience working with HRIS platforms is preferred.
• Basic understanding of payroll administration and statutory compliance.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
