Human Resources Executive | Jaipur

Role & responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day HR operations across the dealership, including employee records, attendance, leave and documentation.
• Support recruitment and onboarding for Sales, Service, Workshop, Spare Parts and other dealership functions.
• Coordinate with department heads on manpower requirements, hiring and employee-related matters.
• Drive employee engagement, communication and HR initiatives across the organization.
• Maintain HR policies, processes and statutory documentation with a strong focus on compliance.
• Support performance management, employee feedback and training & development initiatives.
• Handle employee queries and grievances professionally while maintaining a positive work environment.
• Maintain HR MIS and reports related to manpower, attendance, hiring, attrition and other HR metrics.
• Bring structure and consistency to HR processes as the dealership continues to grow.

Preferred candidate profile

• 2-7 years of experience in HR, preferably in Automotive, Retail, Sales, Service, Hospitality or a similar people-intensive industry.
• Candidates with strong internships or early-career HR experience and the right attitude are also encouraged to apply.
• Good understanding of recruitment, employee engagement and day-to-day HR operations.
• Energetic, approachable and comfortable interacting with employees across different levels.
• Strong communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment rather than a purely desk-based HR role.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and HR systems.
• Someone who is ambitious, adaptable and keen to build a career in HR.
