Human Resources Compliance Manager

Role Description The Human Resources Compliance Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi. This role is responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable labor and employment laws and internal company standards. Daily activities include reviewing HR processes, conducting compliance audits, maintaining documentation, and advising management and HR staff on regulatory requirements and best practices. The manager will handle employee-related compliance issues, support investigations, coordinate training on HR and compliance topics, and collaborate with legal or external advisors when necessary. The role also involves preparing reports for leadership, updating policies in response to regulatory changes, and promoting a culture of ethical conduct and fair treatment across the organization.

Qualifications

• Strong Human Resources (HR) foundation, including experience with HR operations and employee lifecycle management.
• Proficiency in Regulatory Compliance, with the ability to interpret and apply relevant laws, rules, and internal standards.
• Experience drafting, implementing, and maintaining HR Policies that support consistent, fair, and compliant practices.
• Knowledge of Labor and Employment Law, including local, state, and national requirements.
• Excellent analytical, documentation, and reporting skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with management, HR staff, and employees at all levels.
• Ability to manage multiple compliance initiatives, work independently on-site, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Law, Business Administration, or a related field; professional HR or compliance certifications are beneficial.
