Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support the end-to-end onboarding process, ensuring a smooth joining experience for new employees.
• Address and resolve employee grievances, concerns, and HR-related queries in a timely and effective manner.
• Handle attendance-related concerns and correction requests, ensuring accurate attendance records.
• Conduct regular skip-level meetings and employee connect sessions to understand concerns, gather feedback, and improve employee engagement.
• Provide HR support to employees and managers during the night shift, ensuring smooth HR operations and employee assistance.
• Partner with Operations and leadership teams to address employee relations and workforce-related requirements.
• Monitor employee engagement, absenteeism, attrition, and other HR metrics for the assigned teams.
• Support performance management, employee retention, and engagement initiatives.
• Ensure effective communication of HR policies, processes, and organizational updates to night-shift employees.
• Maintain strong coordination with Operations, HR, and leadership teams to ensure seamless employee support during night hours.

key Skills

• 3–4 years of relevant HRBP / HR Generalist experience, preferably in US Healthcare RCM/BPO.
• Good understanding of HR policies and processes.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven RCM environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and HRMS/HR tools
