Role Description The Human Resources Business Partner is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. This role is responsible for partnering with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals, including workforce planning, talent development, and organizational effectiveness. Daily responsibilities include managing employee relations, advising on HR policies, supporting performance management processes, and ensuring adherence to labor and employment laws. The HR Business Partner will also collaborate on HR initiatives such as employee engagement, role design, rewards, and change management, while maintaining accurate HR documentation and supporting recruitment as needed.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Human Resources (HR) and HR Policies skills, with experience implementing and interpreting HR frameworks and guidelines.
• Candidates should possess Employee Relations skills, including handling employee concerns, facilitating conflict resolution, and promoting a positive workplace culture.
• Candidates should possess knowledge of Labor and Employment Law, with the ability to ensure compliance and advise stakeholders on legal and regulatory requirements.
• Candidates should possess Performance Management skills, including setting goals, managing appraisal processes, and supporting manager capability building.
• Additional beneficial qualifications include experience as an HR Business Partner, strong communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency with HRIS tools, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, technology-focused environment.
• A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred; relevant certifications in HR (such as SHRM or similar) are an advantage.
