Role: Human Resource --- Mediclaim and Vendor invoce management

Location: Mumbai

What you will do:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Operations Executive to manage employee benefits administration, policy governance, and HR finance-related processes. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring seamless execution of employee insurance programs, HR operational processes, and stakeholder coordination across HR, Finance, Payroll, and external vendors.

Key Responsibilities

Employee Benefits & Insurance Administration

• Manage additions,deletions, and endorsements under:
• Group Medical Coverage (GMC)
• Parental Insurance
• Term Life Insurance
• Personal Accident Insurance
• Review and approve GMC and Parental Insurance requests in the HRMS platform.
• Coordinate with insurance providers and brokers for policy administration and issue resolution.
• Ensure accurate maintenance of employee and dependent records across systems.

Payroll Operations

• Review and validate payroll inputs related to employee benefits, insurance deductions,reimbursements, and recoveries.
• Work closely with payroll teams to ensure timely and accurate processing.
• Conduct regular reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.

HR Finance & Cost Management

• Raise and track car lease invoices.
• Support monthly accruals and provisioning activities related to non-HR costs.
• Coordinate with the Finance team for reconciliations, reporting, and budget tracking.

Reporting & Compliance

• Prepare HR operations MIS and reports.
• Maintain documentation and records for audit and compliance requirements.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, operational controls, and statutory requirements.

Who you are:

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• 2-5 years of experience in HR Operations, Benefits Administration, Payroll Coordination, or Shared Services.
• Experience handling employee insurance programs and HRMS platforms is preferred.

Skills Required

• Strong understanding of employee benefits and HR operations processes.
• Working knowledge of payroll practices and insurance administration.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and HRIS/HRMS systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities within strict timelines.
