Role Overview:-

We are looking for an HR Associate with strong exposure to Talent Acquisition and a keen interest in managing Employee Engagement activities. The role will primarily focus on end-to-end recruitment, along with supporting employee engagement, HR operations etc.

Key Responsibilities:-

Talent Acquisition & Onboarding:-

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from requirement understanding to onboarding.
• Source, screen, coordinate interviews, negotiate salaries, and roll out offers.
• Ensure timely closure of positions within agreed TAT.
• Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Coordinate onboarding formalities, including documentation and bank account creation.

Employee Engagement:-

• Plan and execute employee engagement activities as per the monthly calendar.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders for smooth execution of activities.
• Track participation and gather employee feedback.

HR Operations and Compliance:-

• Ensure timely completion of assigned HR compliance and operational activities.
• Maintain HR trackers, employee records, and documentation.
• Handle ad-hoc HR requests and special projects.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–3 years of HR experience, preferably with strong Talent Acquisition exposure.
• Good communication, negotiation, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong ownership, follow-up, and time-management abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets and basic HR reporting.
