Role Overview

We are looking for an HR Associate who wants to build a career as a well-rounded HR

professional and gain hands-on exposure across the entire employee lifecycle.

This is a comprehensive HR role where you will be involved in everything from hiring and

onboarding to performance management, employee engagement, HR operations, and

offboarding.

Approximately 60% of the role will focus on recruitment and talent acquisition, while the

remaining 40% will involve managing and supporting various HR functions.You will work closely with employees, managers, and leadership, giving you the opportunity to

understand and contribute to the complete HR function.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition – 60%

● Manage the end-to-end recruitment process across multiple departments and roles.

● Understand hiring requirements and work closely with managers to define candidate

profiles.

● Use LinkedIn as the primary sourcing tool to identify and engage relevant talent.

● Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other relevant channels.

● Screen candidates and conduct initial HR discussions.

● Coordinate interview rounds and ensure a smooth candidate experience.

● Maintain recruitment pipelines, trackers, and hiring reports.

● Manage offer rollouts, negotiations, and pre-joining engagement.

● Build talent pipelines for current and future hiring requirements.

● Continuously explore new sourcing strategies to improve hiring outcomes.

HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle – 40%

● Manage onboarding and joining formalities, including documentation and induction.

● Support performance management, including goal-setting, reviews, feedback cycles, and

performance-related processes.

● Plan and execute employee engagement activities and culture initiatives.

● Handle employee queries and day-to-day employee relations.

● Manage attendance, leaves, employee records, HR documentation, and reports.

● Coordinate payroll-related employee inputs.

● Support the implementation and communication of HR policies and processes.

● Manage offboarding and exit formalities, including documentation, clearance, and exit

feedback.

● Identify gaps and proactively work on initiatives to improve HR processes and employee

experience.

Qualifications

● 1+ year of experience in HR, preferably with exposure to both recruitment and HR

operations.

● Prior experience working in a marketing, advertising, digital, creative, or other agency

environment will be preferred.

● Strong hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment.

● Proficiency in LinkedIn sourcing is mandatory.

● Good understanding of candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and

pipeline management.

● Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

● A proactive approach with a strong sense of ownership.

● Good working knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.
