Human Resources and Compliance Executive

Key responsibilities

• All statutory filings Provident Fund, Employee State Insurance, Professional Tax, bonus, gratuity, Factories Act, contract labour nothing overdue; inspections and audits.
• Daily biometric attendance exceptions; monthly verified salary inputs to Accounts; payroll check before release; leave balances; full-and-final settlements.
• Contractor statutory check before every contractor bill; licences and principal-employer registrations current at all plants; quarterly plant audit.
• Employee Master, personal files, Form 11; Offer, Appointment, Confirmation, Increment, Transfer and Relieving letters from templates; salary structure (Annexure A).
• Interview scheduling and document checks; Onboarding Checklist before Day 1; first-week induction; New Location Posting induction; probation tracking to confirmation.

Must have

• Has personally filed Provident Fund and Employee State Insurance returns and handled a labour inspection.
• Strong in Excel and a Human Resources / Enterprise Resource Planning system; accurate with deadlines; discreet with salary data.
