Job Description We are looking for an experienced HR Analytics Trainer who can deliver engaging online training sessions with a practical, industry-oriented approach. Responsibilities Conduct live online HR Analytics training sessions. Teach Advanced Excel, Power BI, HR Metrics & Dashboards. Explain HR KPIs, Attrition Analysis, Recruitment Analytics, Performance Analytics and Workforce Planning. Work with real datasets and case studies. Create assignments, projects and assessments. Guide students with interview preparation and career support. Share learning materials and session recordings (if applicable). Required Skills Strong knowledge of HR Analytics. Advanced Excel. Power BI. HR Dashboards & Reporting. Data Visualization. HR Metrics & KPI Analysis. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Preferred Qualification MBA (HR) / PGDM (HR) or relevant qualification. 2+ years of HR Analytics or Training experience. Experience delivering online corporate or certification training.
