What Youll Do

As a Trainee HR, you will:

• Manage onboarding and induction activities, including appointment letters, agreements, BGV, and employee documentation.
• Track 30, 90, and 180-day PMS reviews and ensure timely completion.
• Coordinate Success Partner connects and employee engagement initiatives.
• Track employee requests and collaborate with relevant stakeholders for timely resolution.
• Maintain accurate employee records, HR documentation, and compliance trackers.
• Support HR audits, MIS, reports, and periodic status updates.
• Identify skill gaps and coordinate with the Learning & Development team.
• Contribute to HR process improvement, automation, and technology initiatives.
• Ensure timely and quality HR service delivery while adhering to organizational policies and processes.

Your Skillset :

• MBA in HR/HRM or an equivalent qualification.
• Basic understanding of HR Operations and employee lifecycle processes.
• Familiarity with HR MIS, reporting, and documentation.
• Awareness of Indian labour laws and statutory compliance.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail, follow-up, and organizational skills.
• Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn, adapt, and leverage new technologies.
