Human Resource Trainee/Recruiter

Role & responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing positions within defined timelines.
• Execute onboarding activities, ensuring a smooth induction experience for new employees.
• Handle employee lifecycle management, including documentation, confirmations, transfers, and exit formalities.
• Support payroll management by preparing inputs, maintaining attendance records, and coordinating with the payroll team.

Preferred candidate profile:

• Strong fluency in English, both verbal and written.
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent networking and interpersonal skills.
• Experience using various hiring platforms (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).
